Suzuki supports secondary vocational school training

Magyar Suzuki Corporation has offered another car in support of the training of car industry secondary vocational school students. The partnership of Magyar Suzuki Corporation and Vác-based Endre Király Industrial Secondary Vocational School and Boarding School looks back on a history of more than 15 years now. Donated by Magyar Suzuki, the training cars help the theoretical and practical training of car technicians, car mechanics and body ironers.

Present Chief Executive Officer leaves Magyar Suzuki Corporation (MSC) handing over the leading position to Mr. Ryoichi Oura. Hisashi Takeuchi has been promoted to a new position in the Product Planning Department at the parent company, Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC). The changes have been announced by Suzuki Motor Corporation; Mr. Ryoichi Oura will officially take over the CEO position after the Shareholders’ Meeting of MSC, at the end of May.

Suzuki outboard motor achieves accumulated global production of three million units

Suzuki Motor Corporation has achieved accumulated global production of three million units for the outboard motors it produces. Suzuki reached this milestone in 49 years after it started producing outboard motors in 1965. To commemorate this achievement, Suzuki has held a ceremony today at its Toyokawa Plant in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. The ceremony was attended by Executive Vice President Toshihiro Suzuki, along with the employees.

The SX4 S-CROSS has been awarded with the prestigious ‘Hungarian Quality Product’ certificate, and also received the Business Press Award donated by the Association of Hungarian Journalists (MÚOSZ). Suzuki’s automobile sales results (January – August 2014)

Global sales of Suzuki automobiles from January to August 2014 were up 106% year-on-year to 1.89 million units. Here in Europe, sales from January to August were up 105% year-on-year to 133 thousand units. Sales volume also increased in most countries across Asia.

Car for Esztergom’s Vaszary Kolos Hospital

Suzuki, police jointly help drivers get ready for winter

Esztergom residents and people just driving by can have their cars checked free of charge at three locations to see whether they meet requirements for driving in winter. Police’s road traffic experts will also call drivers’ attention to problems that would carry a fine in roadside checks. Launched jointly by Suzuki and the Komárom-Esztergom County Police, the campaign aims to improve road traffic safety in the region.
