255 shoeboxes full of love – Magyar Suzuki and its partners help children in need

This year, Magyar Suzuki joined the Baptist Charity Service’s Shoebox Campaign once again, one of Hungary’s largest Christmas charity initiatives. The company’s employees, dealerships and partners collected a total of 255 carefully assembled gift boxes to bring joy to children in need.

The car manufacturer in Esztergom has been an active participant in the Shoebox Campaign for many years. The company encourages its dealers and supplier partners to join the collection campaign, so that in addition to employees, its partners also contribute to making Christmas more enjoyable for as many children as possible.

Just like in previous years, the boxes contain many love-filled surprises again, including storybooks, sports equipment, toys, board games, craft kits and logic games. The gift boxes will go to children who often receive their only Christmas presents from these packages.

The Christmas shoeboxes collected by the employees of Magyar Suzuki Corporation were handed over by Zsuzsanna Bonnár-Csonka, Magyar Suzuki’s corporate communications manager, on 19 December at the Baptist Charity Service’s collection point in Esztergom. From there, the packages will be distributed to children in need in Esztergom and the surrounding area.
