New service from Suzuki in Europe

Suzuki Motor Corporation introduces connected service in the European market to provide an even more convenient user experience. SUZUKI CONNECT will first be available in the brand's Esztergom-made S-CROSS models but will be extended to other models as well later. The service is provided throughout Europe from Hungary by Magyar Suzuki Corporation.

A high level of connection between the vehicle and its driver

The now debuting SUZUKI CONNECT is an optional service that can be requested by Suzuki new car buyers as a plus, free of charge for 1 year. Optimized for iOS 15.0 and Android 8.0 or later operating system versions, the app uses the vehicle's data communication module (DCM). We can use it to monitor the state of our vehicle in addition to using other real-time convenience functions. The app provides maintenance information and warning notifications. For example, if you detect a problem, you can also share diagnostic information with a registered Suzuki dealership or service.

Remote access with convenience functions

SUZUKI CONNECT has many functions that make everyday car use and transportation easier. A few examples of this are: warnings that indicate if the car is left unlocked, or if the headlights or hazard lights are left on. The car door can be closed remotely. We can find where we parked on the map within the application, and we can also share this with others via e-mail. However, the floor number will not be available in multi-storey parking garages. The driving history of the past 18 months, including use by other drivers can be stored and retrieved with it. We can receive a security notification about the activation of the alarm or if the car has been parking for too long with the engine running. We can also find out if the car enters or exits a pre -specified zone (Geofencing and Curfew Alert). In addition to the classic system messages, we can also receive advice through the application or, if necessary, ask for help from the car rescue service (roadside assistance).
