Magyar Suzuki supports two local organisations again this Christmas
Once again, Magyar Suzuki has decided not to spend money on gifts for its partners during the festive season this year, but instead support organisations in Esztergom and the surrounding area that make everyday life easier for those in need, the disadvantaged, and children with special educational needs.
Social responsibility and supporting local communities are of particular importance to Magyar Suzuki. In the autumn, Suzuki employees were invited to nominate organisations and foundations in Esztergom and the surrounding area that work in the fields of healthcare, social welfare, helping the disadvantaged as well as child development and education. The list of recommendations received was compiled and put to a vote until the middle of November.
Consequently, the Montágh Imre EGYMI, Nursery, Primary School, Vocational School, Skills Development School and Developmental Education School in Esztergom will receive funding of HUF 2.5 million via the Fokról-Fokra Foundation for the Raising and Education of Disabled Children. The organisation will use the funds to purchase skills-development tools and organise programmes for 2026. The Foundation for Disabled Children and Young Adults has also received a grant of HUF 2.5 million, which it will use to purchase special bathtubs and outdoor furniture for the residents of the Szent Rita Home in Esztergom that it supports, thereby making everyday life easier for the residents of the home.
The Christmas donations were presented to representatives of the two organisations by Masato Atsumi, Managing Director of Magyar Suzuki Corporation, Róbert Krisztián, Deputy CEO, and Zsuzsanna Bonnár-Csonka, Head of Corporate Communications.
