Magyar Suzuki also joined the TeSzedd program

Protecting our environment is our shared responsibility. Magyar Suzuki also considers it important to join programs that help to protect and preserve nature. This year, the Esztergom-based manufacturing company joined the "TeSzedd! - Volunteer for a Clean Hungary" movement for the first time at company level: 55 colleagues and family members collected a total of 65 bags of rubbish.

The TeSzedd! movement, launched for the 11th time this year, is the largest voluntary waste collection initiative in Hungary. The national campaign is organized every year to promote environmental awareness and to work together to rid the environment of illegally dumped waste. Over the past 10 years of the program, volunteers have cleaned up thousands of tons of illegally dumped garbage across the country.

The employees of Magyar Suzuki, many of them with their families, cleaned the area around the Suzuki Aréna, the Little Danube Bank and the Danube Bank. However, this was not the first time that the Esztergom-based manufacturer had volunteered to pick up rubbish. It also regularly organizes waste picking campaigns as part of its own program and as part of the group-wide Clean up the world initiative. As a result, every year, thanks to its employees and the schools it invites, it cleans up the popular areas of Esztergom of several containers of waste.
