Suzuki Education Centre inaugurated

From September, dual training courses will start at Magyar Suzuki Corporation's new education centre, which was inaugurated at a ceremony on the factory premises. In addition to the theoretical basics, students of the János Bottyán Technical School of Electronics will also develop their practical skills in the training centre, which is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.

In March, the Komárom-Esztergom County Chamber of Commerce and Industry registered Magyar Suzuki as an accredited partner organisation for dual training. The Esztergom-based manufacturing company will provide vocational and practical training for the students of Bottyán János Technical School, plans are also underway to include other vocational schools in the programme in the future.

"As one of the largest employers in the region, we pay special attention to the development of the future generation. At Magyar Suzuki, there are several special fields of activity for which there is no education either in Hungary or worldwide. In more than 30 years of existence, we have accumulated knowledge from which our students will strongly benefit. The primary objective of the Education Centre and the Suzuki dual training is to train the professionals of the future. New technologies, digitalisation and ever-changing needs of the industry bring challenges and opportunities that students and staff alike must be prepared for. Through training, students will not only acquire professional knowledge, but also the values and competences that will help them in this changing world" - said Dr. Ildikó Fejesné Gyurján, Director of Magyar Suzuki Corporation responsible for HR, Finance and IT.
