Magyar Suzuki Corporation to Develop Innovative Training Material in International Cooperation

Magyar Suzuki Corp. won a EUR41,340 subsidy in the framework of the Erasmus+ Program,  the educational, training, youth and sports program of the European Union running from 2014 through 2020. The Hungarian coordinator of the program is the Tempus Public Foundation.

The aim of the project is to create an innovative educational and training program  based on the standard entitled MSZ CEN/TS 16555-1:2013 ”Innovation Management.” During the two-year period from 1 November 2015 through 31 October 2017, the project will include 3 main stages: 1. creating an intellectual product, 2. development and testing of training material, 3. online, e-learning and collective brainstorming. The company wants to use the training material created in the framework of the project for in-house education as well as supplier training later on.

Project Partners:  Hungarian-owned Trebag Assets and Project Manager Ltd., the R+D+I advisor of Magyar Suzuki and leader of the consortium. Nowoczesna Firma, a leading Polish human resources training specialist and Slovakian Astra, a non-profit R+D and project management consultancy firm. There are two Romanian members of the consortium:  Babes-Bolyai University and the professional training organization of the EAPTP association of employers, whose main activity is the facilitation of cooperation between different regions of the country.

On Magyar Suzuki’s part, the project will be headed by the Innovation Team together with the company’s different spectrums such as HR, finance, purchasing, quality assurance or production as together they guarantee professional and diverse results.
