4. To preserve natural resources:

    - It's MS Zrt's key consideration that, by reducing energy consumption directly and indirectly, it     contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emission;
    - By optimising its industrial water consumption, MS Zrt promotes the protection of sub-surface     water reserves;
    - MS Zrt. eminently seeks to increase the quantity of recyclable waste, and to decrease the     quantity of industrial wastes to be stored by 70%, compared to 2007, by the end of 2010.

5. To observe the rules of law:

    - MS Zrt. considers as a priority the observance of rules manufacturers are required to keep     with respect to the handling of end-of-life cars.
    - MS Zrt. considers as a priority the observance of REACH rules regulating the handling of     hazardous materials.
