As a User of the Website you have the right to request information on Data Management pertaining to your data. On request, Suzuki will provide you with information on the goal of its Data Management, the legal foundation, the timeframe, and on who receives or has received information pertaining to you, and for what purpose. Suzuki will give a written response to such a request in the shortest possible time, within 30 days at most. You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate information at any time. The correction of inaccurate information can be initiated through Suzuki.
You have the right to request that your personal information be deleted. A request to delete information should be submitted in writing to Suzuki.

As data managers, Suzuki will respond to such requests as quickly as possible. Within a maximum of 15 days it will determine whether there were grounds for the objection and will send you its written response.
If your rights have been violated, you may take Suzuki, as data managers, to court. The court will consider it a high-priority case. The case falls under the Tatabánya Court's jurisdiction. As plaintiff however, you may choose to have the case heard by the local court with jurisdiction at your place of residence instead.
